Shipping policy

We currently provide shipping to all 50 states of the United States of America, with free USPS shipping on orders to the U.S. mainland.

We strive to make all shipments within 48 hours of purchase, or less, but it can be up to 72 hours if the purchase was processed during a weekend.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times are typically 5-8 days from the date of your order.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the following countries: United States, Canada, Australia, and Europe. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Bumroll is not responsible for these charges; they are your responsibility as the customer.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Returns are free - we provide a prepaid return label and there is no restocking fee.

For health and safety reasons, items must be unused and in their original, unopened packaging. If your order arrives damaged, please email support@joinbumroll.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition.
