I was excited about your business model but I had buyers remorse when I opened the box. The bathroom tissue is very rough and $32.00 for 12 small rolls is extremely expensive. Sad but probably won't order again.

First off, the shipping and buying from an American made company was great! Especially one that aligns with my families values. However that is where the enjoyment ends. For the cost of this toilet paper I would expect a much better quality. I lived in a RV for a year and RV toilet paper was better than Bumroll. I was say if you like using gas station quality toilet paper then by all means purchase Bumroll. If you prefer a higher quality toilet paper for less cost then look else where. Until they make a better quality toilet paper that is not rough and almost single ply I made my one and only purchase from them. It's a shame we really wanted to support this company.
