I love the fact that is recycled paper from North America and that it does not have any PFAS forever chemicals. It works very well for homes with older plumbing system because it is not as fibrous and thick as bamboo. It is still soft but thinner so older systems can handle it well. I live in a 100 yr old house so this is very important. I will be buying it again and I tell people about it all the time.

I'll begin with the positives. I really like the convenient and timely process with your subscription service. I love the idea of planting a tree for every case order! Is that for real? Me plus 1,000's of other customers I would guess that is A LOT of trees!
The downside I have come to find over the past year + of orders, is that the toilet paper itself is not as resilient as we have been accustomed to. Is there any chance this quality may be improved at some point? What's frustrating is that when in use it breaks apart and (sorry for the graphic) sticks to the body's surfaces.

I’m really sorry, I wanted to love it but the feel of it is very rough and like public toilet stuff. The wrappers were all over the place, half hanging off, not centered like the ads, just way off and a bit scruffy.
I appreciate that it’s a first world problem and I’m sorry that I couldn’t get on board with this order.

"Strong" toilet paper can actually be too strong for your sewer system, as it can clog your sewer pipes and get backed up. This actually happened to me. The plumber who came to clean the pipes told me that's what clogged ours. He suggested better toilet paper that breaks down in water better. I happened to have both the strong paper, and Bumroll paper. I placed them both in water in the sink, and the Bumroll paper broke up immediately, but the strong paper stayed intact. I use only Bumroll exclusively now and really like it! I am glad they manufacture it to break down so efficiently when flushed.

I like that this toilet paper is nontoxic and made in the USA, however I am on my 3rd subscription and keep running out and having to supplement until Bum Roll gets delivered. Shipping takes way too long. My most recent order was placed on the 13th and says estimated delivery is the 23rd. Last time, it took longer than the estimated delivery. That's too long to wait when you are low on TP! I will probably be cancelling my subscription and looking for another option.

I was worried many months ago when it seemed like you had changed vendors as the paper was different.... had a lot of lint buildup and was glued to the cardboard holder which it had not in the past. I love using the biodegradable tubes for seedling starts and that your wraps are biodegradable. I tested that myself. But could you make the tissue a tad thicker? I don't like that it is so thin. I’m in it for the environmental benefits. I appreciate that Burrell plants trees in the USA. The tissue is not the most absorbent, but a minor inconvenience compared to cutting down trees for toilet tissue. Shouldn’t this be the easiest place to use recycled paper?

After numerous, unrelenting requests for a review, I’m caving in. My current shipment is sitting on my front porch, still, after about two weeks. As an airline pilot, I can be gone for periods of time. The last shipment took a couple of weeks to ship, from payment. It is unpredictable when a customer can expect a shipment to be sent. The product is fine: it is toilet paper but I cannot review the current shipment. Hopefully,this review will stop the relentless requests for a review of toilet paper. I like the company culture but I’m tipping towards canceling my subscription.

I've dealt with yeast infections and burning sensations with my urine with previously used conventional toilet papers. Ever since switching over to Bumroll, both have gone away and I have much relief down there. I've also found the rolls last a long while for both my husband and I, so I think the money is well worth it.
